Rehearsals, filming, administration and even interior decoration have kept the ‘43 Pounds’ team busy for the last 4 weeks. It has seemed hectic at times, but rewarding also as we witness real progress on many fronts.

Movie Making and Social Networking
Like most film makers, the team behind ’43 pounds’ is driven by a desire to communicate. In years gone this would have been a one-way process. We’d have made the movie, sent it out and an audience would have (hopefully) turned up to enjoy it.

Filming Begins
Friday 15th January marked two landmark events for Hive Films: the long-awaited premier of the movie ‘Zombie Undead’, and the beginning of filming the movie ‘43 pounds’. The full story of how and why the two came on the same evening will be unravelled through this blog over the coming months.
